How to register an account and log in
Before you use products and services of ZEGOCLOUD, you need to register a ZEGOCLOUD developer account. After you register an account, you can use various products and services.
This document introduces how to register a ZEGOCLOUD developer account, log in to the console, and retrieve your password if you forget it.
Register an account
- You can access the ZEGOCLOUD registration page by visiting the official website or in other ways.

Fill in the corresponding information. All fields are required, including First name, Last name, Country/Region, Work Email, Verification code, and Password. The verification code is sent to the work email address you fill in after you click Send.

Carefully read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and select the corresponding option. In addition, if you want to receive information such as marketing news and product updates from ZEGOCLOUD, you can also select the corresponding option.

In the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console, fill in other information, including Company name, Company Website (optional), Job title, Industry, and Phone Number, so that ZEGOCLOUD can contact you and provide the most appropriate solution.

- Click Continue to complete the registration. In addition, you can further claim your benefits as a new user.

Log in using your account
- Access the ZEGOCLOUD login page by visiting the official website or in other ways.

- You can log in using the email address together with the verification code or password.
Login using phone numbers is supported for some users who registered before October 11, 2022. They can use password or verification code together with the phone number for login.
- Click Log in.
Retrieve the password
If you forget your login password, you can choose to log in using a verification code or reset your account password by clicking Forgot password on the login page.
- Access the password retrieval page.

- Fill in your email address and obtain a verification code for account verification. If the verification is successful, you can reset your password.
Password resetting through phone numbers is supported for some users who registered before October 11, 2022. For the resetting method, refer to password resetting through email address.
- Enter the password in the New password and Repeat password fields. Your password can be reset after the password verification is completed.

- You can use the new password for login to the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console.
