How to transfer to corporate account
Introduction
ZEGOCLOUD supports top-up through transfer to the corporate account. When you use ZEGOCLOUD products and services, you need to make sure that your account balance is sufficient for paying the incurred fees.
This document describes how to top up through transfer to corporate account and query the top-up status.
Procedure
- Log in to the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console. In the navigation pane on the homepage, choose Billing Center > Balance.

You need to enter the required information displayed on the Transfer tab and initiate transfer to corporate account through online or offline banking service.

ZEGOCLOUD tops up your balance as soon as the transferred amount is received.
Note
- During the transfer, enter the information of the Transfer Note in the console into transfer remarks so that ZEGOCLOUD can identify your transfer information more quickly.
- Generally, your balance will be updated within seven working days. If the balance is not updated for a long time or you have any other questions, contact ZEGOCLOUD by sending an email to global_support@zegocloud.com.
