How to top up online
Introduction
ZEGOCLOUD supports balance top-up through online payment. When you use ZEGOCLOUD products and services, you need to make sure that your balance is sufficient for paying the incurred fees.
This document describes how to top up through online payment and query the top-up status.
Procedure
Log in to the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console. In the navigation pane on the homepage, choose Billing Center > Balance.

Click the Top Up tab, check your account information, enter the amount (10,000), and click Charge.

On the payment page that is displayed, check the payment information and select Stripe or PayPal for Payment methods.

- The order must be paid within 120 minutes. Please complete the payment in time.
- If you registered an account after October 15, 2022, you can pay only through Stripe. If you have any questions, contact ZEGOCLOUD by sending an email to global_support@zegocloud.com.
- Due to the laws and regulations of different countries and regions, you may fail to complete payment using your account or bank card. In this case, you can visit either of the following web pages to check whether Paypal or Stripe can be used.
- PayPal and Stripe may set payment limits based on your account type, your country/region, and the currency you use. You are advised to contact the corresponding person of the payment channel.
- Currently, ZEGOCLOUD does not support online withdrawal of your balance. If you need to withdraw your account balance after settlement, contact ZEGOCLOUD.
After your payment is completed, you can click Payment done in the Notice window. If you have any questions, you can click Get payment problems? for help from ZEGOCLOUD.

The entire top-up process is then completed. The balance is updated in real time.
