How to upgrade to a paid account

Introduction

All newly registered users can use ZEGOCLOUD products and services for free to test the products and services, and an advanced version of the technical support service is provided for trial. The trial version can help you get started faster. Of course, there are certain restrictions on trial accounts. You can upgrade your account to remove these restrictions and obtain more benefits.

Upgrade method

  1. After registration, you will get a trial account. The trial account allows you to use the Voice & Video Call service for 10,000 minutes in 30 days. You can check the package usage and expiration time.
  1. During the trial period or when the package is in the Used Up or Expired state, you can click Upgrade in the lower left corner. On the page that is displayed, you can choose to renew the trial or upgrade your account by purchasing Starter Plan. After upgrading your account, you will obtain more exclusive benefits.
  1. To obtain exclusive corporate account benefits, you can contact ZEGOCLOUD for corresponding services.
