Deduction rules for the Complimentary Package with 10,000 free minutes

Introduction

ZEGOCLOUD provides 10,000 free minutes for Voice & Video Call based on your status, which can be deducted according to corresponding rules during daily use. Currently, you can use two types of complimentary packages:

When you register for the first time, you are gifted a 10,000-minute package valid for 30 days.
After upgrading to a standard account or becoming a paid user of another type, you will be gifted a 10,000-minute Voice & Video Call package every month.

Deduction rules

Complimentary package for the trial account

The package applies to all apps in your account. If you use the services in multiple apps, the usage is preferentially deducted for apps with smaller app IDs.
Usage of the previous day is deducted every day.
Deduction order: Voice Call > Video Call HD > Video Call FHD > Video Call 2K > Video Call 4K
The package is valid for 30 days after registration. If the package is not used up after 30 days, you can choose to apply to set the package to be valid permanently.

Monthly complimentary package

The package applies to all apps in your account. If you use the services in multiple apps, the usage is preferentially deducted for apps with smaller app IDs.
Usage of the previous day is deducted every day.
Deduction order: Voice Call > Video Call HD > Video Call FHD
Usage of video services with a resolution of 2K or above cannot be deducted from the package.
The 10,000 free minutes are valid only in the current month and will expire immediately at the end of the month. The remaining minutes of the package will not be accumulated in the next month.
