How to purchase packages

Introduction

A package is the combination of a series of products and services with discounts provided by ZEGOCLOUD to developers. You can select and purchase proper packages, and ZEGOCLOUD will automatically deduct the usage included in the package when the fee is settled.

If you are interested in packages provided by ZEGOCLOUD after browsing on the website or in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console, you can purchase packages on the official website or in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console. In addition, if you want to continue using ZEGOCLOUD services when you are using the trial account or the trial account expires, you can choose to purchase a package for account upgrade.

Procedure

Purchase in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console

1. Log in to the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console. In the navigation pane on the homepage, choose Package > Package Subscription.

2. On the page that appears, select the package you need and click Start Plan for purchase.

3. On the Check Order page, click Pay now to complete the payment. After the payment is completed, you can view the purchased package on the Package Query page.

Purchase on the official website

1. Access the pricing page (or directly access the package purchase page on the official website).

2. Scroll down on the page and click Learn more to view all packages currently available.

3. Select the package you need and click Buy now for purchase.

4. If you have not registered or logged in, register an account or log in before you complete the payment. If you have logged in, directly go to the Check Order page for payment. Subsequent steps are the same as those for purchasing in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console.

Purchase package for account upgrade

1. If you are still using the trial account in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console, you can choose to upgrade your account by purchasing a one-time package. In this case, click Upgrade in the bottom-left corner of the homepage.

2. Click One-time Purchase to upgrade to a standard account by purchasing a package. Once the purchase is successful, you can enjoy more user benefits.

3. On the package selection page that appears, complete the purchase process by referring to the process of purchase in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console.
