How to obtain invoices
Invoices from ZEGOCLOUD are readily available on the page after you choose Billing Center > Bills in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console. You can click View details in the Operation column of the target month in the list to obtain the corresponding invoice.
Currently, you can download invoices of bills starting from July 2022 in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console. To obtain invoices for earlier months, contact ZEGOCLOUD by sending an email to global_support@zegocloud.com.
How to obtain invoices through email
At the beginning of each month, ZEGOCLOUD generates a bill of the previous month and sends an email to your mailbox. You can directly download the attachment from the email to obtain the invoice. If you have configured an email address for bill receiving in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console, ZEGOCLOUD will send the invoice to the email address. If you have not configured an email address for bill receiving, ZEGOCLOUD will send the invoice to your registered email address. You can download the invoice as a PDF file.

What permissions do I need to view bills?
You can view bills and obtain the corresponding invoices in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console only by using the main account of ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console and sub-accounts with permissions on the Billing Center module. To adjust the permissions of your accounts, see How to Manage Members and Roles.
