How to query bills
Introduction
ZEGOCLOUD will generate a monthly bill around the 2nd of every month based on your usage in the previous month. You can check the usage presented in the monthly bill and obtain the corresponding invoice in the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console.
Currently, only bills for months starting from July 2022 are displayed. Historical bills can be viewed through emails that you have received.
Procedure
Log in to the ZEGOCLOUD Admin Console. In the navigation pane on the homepage, choose Billing Center > Bills.

On the bill query page that is displayed, you can select the starting and ending months for search. You can also export the bills in the list.

The following table describes the fields displayed for bills.

| Bill date | Billing date corresponding to the bill. |
| Due date | Settlement date corresponding to the bill. |
| Period | Month corresponding to the bill. |
| Amount | Settlement amount corresponding to the bill. |
| Status | Settlement status corresponding to the bill. |
| Operation | Click View details to view or download the details of a bill. |
After the monthly bill is generated, you will receive an email that contains the bill. You can check your consumption based on the bill. If you have any questions, contact ZEGOCLOUD by sending an email to global_support@zegocloud.com.
You can download bill details and obtain the invoice by clicking View details or through email.
