Regional Quality (Pro)

ZEGOCLOUD Analytics Dashboard in the Regional Quality (Pro) feature provides global user distribution, quality trends, quality details, and regional inter-video service quality details, helping you understand the overall and detailed situation of the region, understand the characteristics of the region, locate problems in the region, and make targeted decisions.

Function Introduction

You can select AppID, region range, and date on the page to query the regional quality under the specified conditions.

User Distribution

This module shows the user distribution in each region, colored by user count, the darker the color, the more users; the region with the most users is highlighted (default is yellow).

Hover over the country region you want to view to view the quality indicators of the region.

You can use this module to clearly see the user distribution in the global range, keep track of the quality of each region at any time, and understand which regions have a large number of users and which regions have poor quality, and adjust the operation strategy for different regions.

Quality Trend

The right side of the "User Distribution" module shows the trend of some audio/video quality indicators in each region. The default is to show the stutter rate and its change trend, sorted by region user count from most to least.

The trend thumbnail displays the numerical value of the trend change next to it:

• The value is green, indicating that the trend is getting better; the larger the value, the greater the improvement.
• The value is red, indicating that the trend is getting worse; the larger the value, the greater the deterioration.

You can quickly understand the trend of indicator changes through color and value size information, helping you make relevant decisions.

If you need to know the ranking of other quality indicators in each region, you can select different indicators as needed; at the same time, you can sort by region user count, indicator value, or indicator change trend value to filter out the regions you need to pay attention to.

• When you click a region on the left map, you can quickly locate the corresponding region here and display the corresponding indicators and rankings.

  

• If you want to view other indicators, you can select other indicators in the drop-down list in the middle column to quickly switch.

  

• Click the "Trend Thumbnail" to enlarge and view the quality change trend of the region in the past period. In the pop-up dialog box, you can also switch to view other indicators, or reselect the date range.

  

• Click the "Gear" icon in the upper right corner to create a personal view. After the new view is saved, you can switch to the custom view at any time, quickly track the region and indicators you are concerned about.

  
  

Regional Quality Details

When you select a region on the map above, the regional quality details of the selected region will be displayed below, including the user scale, user experience, room service, push service, and pull service, helping you quickly understand the details of the region.

• If you need to view different pull stream sources, you can click the drop-down list in the upper right corner to switch.

  

• At the same time, you can click the blue icon in the upper right corner of each small module to expand and view the detailed trend of each indicator. When viewing, you can switch between different indicators or dates, and select different pull stream sources for comparative analysis.

  

Regional Inter-video Service Quality Details

In this module, you can view the situation of the selected region from the Pull Stream or Push Stream perspective, and support filtering and viewing according to the country/region, different pull stream sources, etc.

• When selecting Pull Stream, the quality indicators of the selected region pulling from other different regions will be displayed.
• When selecting Push Stream, the quality indicators of the selected region pushing to other different regions will be displayed.

You can click the blue icon under "Operation" on the right to view the quality trend of the specified push/pull stream region within a certain period of time.
