As of May 31, 2024, the data stream recording product has been discontinued from the official website. If you want to implement recording for whiteboards, please use the Cloud Recording - Whiteboard Recording capability.
Cloud Recording - Whiteboard Recording Capability Introduction
Whiteboard recording supports recording files and whiteboard signaling operations into a video file.
- In single-stream recording mode, the whiteboard will generate a video file.
- In mixed-stream recording mode, the whiteboard will be mixed with other audio and video streams into one image and generate an audio and video file.

- Before reading this article, please make sure you understand Single-Stream Recording, Mixed-Stream Recording, and Set Mixed-Stream Layout.
- For the layout of whiteboards in mixed-stream recording mode, refer to the precautions for each layout in Set Mixed-Stream Layout.
The file formats supported by cloud recording are as follows:
- Static presentation files: PPTX, PPT.
- Dynamic presentation files: PPTX, PPT.
- Spreadsheet files: XLS, XLSX.
- Text files: DOC, DOCX, TXT, PDF.
- Image files: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP.
Note
Dynamic presentation files are PPT files that contain animation effects or audio and video content.
